HELEOS-I, HELEOS-II and TREOS Firmware Update

Install or upgrade to the latest version of the HELEOS-I, HELEOS-II, and TREOS firmware here. Or contact Wyatt Technology to get the latest update on CD. The release notes describe the improvements in the firmware.

Upgrading is easy:

1. Download the update for the latest version.
2. Establish communication with the HELEOS-I, HELEOS-II or TREOS either via the internet, USB, or cross-over cable.
3. Run the installer for the update and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that it is necessary to be running ASTRA 5.1.5 or greater to use the latest firmware. See the software update page to upgrade ASTRA.

*Important: This firmware download is only intended for HELEOS-I, HELEOS-II and TREOS firmware instruments

HELEOS systems shipped before December, 12th, 2005 contain a bug which occurs when restoring factory default configurations. Release notes for Factory Restore fix.
